Love stories often take us on incredible journeys, and Elle and Brian’s wedding at Oxon Hill Manor in Maryland was a breathtaking chapter in their own love story. Their special day, adorned with shades of blue and ivory, was nothing short of magical.
The color palette of classic blue and ivory set the stage for a dreamy and sophisticated atmosphere. The moment guests arrived off the shuttle, they were greeted by a stunning manor rich with history. Along the ceremony seats and at the front of the aisle were gorgeous faux florals that looked remarkably real. The florals were meticulously crafted fake flowers that captured the essence of the classic blue and ivory theme, and ensured that the beauty of the day would last forever.
During their first look, Elle and Brian shared personal vows to one another! This is becoming a trend in the wedding world that I’m loving. Being able to share your deepest and most heartfelt thoughts privately is something that I think all couples should share on their wedding days.
Elle, radiant in her ivory gown, walked down the aisle centered in the middle of a gorgeous blooming garden. Oxon Hill Manor provided the perfect backdrop for the wedding, with its historic charm and breathtaking views of the Potomac River. The outdoor ceremony took place on the mansion’s lush green lawn, where Brian and Elle exchanged their vows surrounded by their closest family and friends.
As they exchanged their vows and declared their love, the warm Maryland sun bathed the couple in its golden glow. There were so many moments of pure, unadulterated joy, the guests couldn’t help but be swept away by the love that Elle and Brian shared. They even had a stunning bubble recessional, and if you know me, you know those are my favorite!
The reception was an enchanting tented affair, with tables adorned in floral blue and ivory linens, simple greenery, and twinkling candlelight. Additionally, each table featured candles or centerpieces of fake flowers that were so lifelike, guests had to touch them to believe they weren’t real.
Just as the evening came to a close, it was clear that Elle and Brian’s wedding at Oxon Hill Mansion was more than just a beautiful event! This was a celebration of their love, their journey, and their commitment to a future filled with happiness.
Elle and Brian’s blue and ivory wedding at Oxon Hill Manor, Maryland, was a day to remember. It was a reminder that love, when celebrated in all its glory, has the power to make every moment magical. Their wedding day was a testament to the enduring beauty of love and the promise of a bright and beautiful future together.
